Let’s make one thing clear: there’s no definite diet that will treat psoriasis and other autoimmune skin conditions. However, there are numerous ways that can help you manage symptoms to more tolerable levels. One of them is switching to a healthier diet. Switching to a psoriasis diet plan can help you regulate inflammation levels while boosting your overall health.

 

Buckwheat sprouts soup nuts give a crunchy garnish in a soup. Here is a healthy and tasty one for your psoriasis diet plan.

The soup nuts are great as a crunchy and nutty addition to a green salad. You can make them in your oven, but if you own a food dehydrator, this is the best time to use it.

 

Ingredients For Your Buckwheat Soup Nuts:

• 1 cup organic buckwheat sprouts
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp olive oil

 

Instructions:

• Preheat the oven to 50C/lowest gas setting.
• Rinse the sprouts thoroughly, transfer into a bowl and mix with the soy sauce and olive oil.
• Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment and dry in the oven for 4-5 hours (less in a gas oven), until completely dry.
• Cool and store in a glass container.

 

Other Notes:

• Makes 1 cup of buckwheat sprouts soup nuts.
• The nuts will last for up to 2 weeks if stored in the freezer.
