Recipe – Baked Tofu Cubes

Baked tofu cubes are produced from soybeans. Its taste is so delicate that it goes with anything. Here, it is prepared in a gentle soy flavour. Toss it into a salad, add to a soup or a vegetable casserole, or eat as a high protein snack.

 

Ingredients for Your Baked Tofu Cubes:

• 600g organic tofu, cut into cubes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp soy sauce

 

Optional Ingredients:

• Sesame seeds

 

Instructions:

• Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas4.
• Mix the tofu cubes with olive oil and soy sauce.
• Spread the cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes until the cubes are light gold.
• Serve hot.

 

Other Notes:

• 4 – 6 servings of baked tofu cubes.
• The tofu will last up to 2 days when stored in a closed container in the fridge.
